About the service

Treatment for those over 14 or adults:
This treatment is performed on a fully erupted permanent dentition using a complete fixed appliance to achieve optimal results. In terms of orthodontic appliances, teenage treatment is the same as adult treatment: any type of appliance (low-force or invisible) can be used.

Adult treatment:
Adult treatment primarily involves full fixed appliances or some form of invisible appliance. Thanks to the Damon technique, orthodontics can be performed at any age. The goals include creating a beautiful smile, improving dental hygiene, achieving proper bite alignment, ensuring the optimal function of the jaw joint, or creating space before prosthetic placement.

With low-force orthodontics (Damon technique), successful treatment is now possible at virtually any age. Due to the gentle forces used, even patients with periodontal disease can undergo orthodontic treatment, under the continuous supervision of a periodontologist.
