Childhood Treatments from the Age of 8-12)
The purpose of treatments performed during childhood is to promote the harmonious growth of the jaws, face, and teeth, as well as to ensure the proper course of tooth replacement. These treatments can be carried out using removable or partially fixed (space-maintaining) orthodontic appliances. The goal is to treat our patients with the least amount of discomfort in the shortest possible time while achieving the most optimal results. Accordingly, in cases of mixed dentition, orthodontic treatment lasts for one to two years, with regular check-ups every 2-4 months. In rare cases, partial fixed appliance treatment may be necessary to create space for teeth that are excluded from one or more dental arches.
It takes just 10-15 minutes.
